Hello Sunshine – Week 21!
Hello Sunshine, and welcome back to the blog. How are you doing? This week I’ve had my sister here to stay for a couple of days, mainly to watch Minnie whilst I get a few bits and bobs packed away into boxes. I managed to get 3 boxes filled and also 3 bin bags filled too. I’d say that’s pretty productive. I also made her flatten some drawers that had seen much, much better days.
I’ve got up to a lot more this week than in previous weeks. My brother and I took a trip to Humber Bridge to get some photographs on Tuesday whilst my dad and step mum had Minnie for the day. I am really happy with how the day went as well, we got lots of photographs and if you’re interested in seeing some you can follow my blog www.shannonmoore.co.uk. The weather was touch and go, but honestly, that added to the photographs all the more with the stormy skies.
I also managed to go out for a meal this week in a PUB! Which excited me greatly. It’s something we’ve not been able to do for so long and I was a little bit nervous about taking Minnie with me because she’s not really experienced eating out a lot and she actually was good as gold and did me very proud.
Over the weekend, the sunshine decided to shine down on us hard so we made the most of it and got out the house. Saturday we ventured up to Lincoln Castle and sat and had some baked treats in the grounds whilst Stewart did a mass amount of running after a very excited, free Minnie.
To finish off the week, we spent Sunday at my nana’s with my mum and brother. It was a beautiful day and we got a pool out and just enjoyed sitting there, in the sun with absolutely no worries whatsoever. Literally just eating and enjoying one another’s company.
What did you get up to last week and what exciting things do you have planned for the up and coming half term week?
